Q What is My RackFinder.com?
A We are an interactive site that matches companies and organizations who are seeking colo space with colo owners/operators throughout the United States.

Q Is MyRackFinder.com a colocation provider?
A No. We are not on the owner/operator/landlord side of the colo real estate business. We only represent users (buyers and tenants) of colo space.

Q How does it work?
A First, define your requirement by selecting the “Get Started” tab on the MyRackFinder.com home page. After you are satisfied with your requirement and the request has been submitted, the completed requirement request form is sent to us along with your contact information. After we receive your information, we will send you a transaction process chart as well as an extensive list of landlord “Gotcha’s” that you should avoid. We maintain a national database of colo providers throughout the United States. Once we receive the information that defines your requirements and desired location, we send those requirements to the colo providers within the defined location. Within two business days, we send you a list of qualified providers who can meet your needs. Additionally, we provide you with tools to help you in the decision making process.

Q To what extent am I obligated?
A You are not at all obligated. We will register your requirement with various colo owners/operators for survey purposes only. You are only obligated once you sign your lease or service agreement with the eventual colo operator who can meet your needs.

Q Can I contact you for advice throughout the process?
A Of course. That is exactly why we include a "We're here now - Need to Talk?" feature on each page of MyRackFinder.com.
